Leaf spot of Paphiopedilum

Distribution: worldwide.

Pathogen: Penicillium Thom (Penicillium thomii).

Strange owner: Paphiopedilum (Orchidaceae).

Symptoms: stains on the leaves are round or prolonged, wet, dark brown with light brown edges, spots up to 3~3.5cm in diameter, mainly seen in old leaves.

Prevention and treatment: general fungicides.
