Distribution: Paphiopedilum cultivated in greenhouse is more common in the United States.

Pathogen: small clump shell (Glomerella cincta).

Strange owner: Paphiopedilum (Orchidaceae).

Symptoms: the leaf tip turns brown and then gradually dies from the tip to the base.

Prevention and treatment: cut off the diseased leaves. Spray with 50% carbendazim wettable powder 600-1000 times or 750 chlorothalonil 600-800 times. (Chen Xinqi, Ji Zhanhe)
