The roots and stems of plants can absorb nutrients, and fertilizer is one of the elements that provide plant nutrients. There are many kinds or brands of fertilizers on the market. According to the composition of fertilizers, we can divide them into two categories: organic fertilizers and chemical fertilizers.

Whether it is organic fertilizer or chemical fertilizer, we need its three important elements: nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium (referred to as three elements), and trace elements: calcium, magnesium, sulfur, zinc, iron, copper, manganese, boron, molybdenum, chlorine and so on.

The three elements of fertilizer, like the vitamins we need to distribute non-public plants, are in very small quantities. The three elements or trace elements needed by plants are the same as the nutrients needed by our human body, which must be balanced, not excess or lack, so that orchid plants can grow quickly and healthily.

The third is the efficacy of vegetarian:

Nitrogen (N)-leaves

Nitrogen can promote the exuberant growth of plant branches and leaves, and the leaf color becomes tender green. With too much nitrogen, the stems and leaves grow fast, but they grow weak and do not blossom. On the contrary, nitrogen deficiency, old leaves yellow leaves, growth stagnation. Seedlings usually need more nitrogen fertilizer.

Phosphorus (P)-Root, Flower

Phosphorus can promote plant root development, absorb nutrients, and promote flowering and fruiting at the end of growth. On the contrary, the lack of phosphorus is not easy to blossom. Therefore, adult plants close to flowering must be supplied with adult plants close to flowering, and more phosphate fertilizer must be supplied.

Potassium (K)-stem

Potassium can promote plant roots and branches to grow healthily, improve leaf clusters, beautiful flowers and colors, and resist diseases and insect pests. Lack of potassium, the orchid plant is not easy to stand upright and strong, and the flower color is not bright. Generally speaking, more potash fertilizer is needed above the middle seedling.
