Maintenance skills of Xi Zhi Tower

Watering: keep the basin soil moist in spring and autumn and water it once a week.

Fertilization: fertilize once a month or use "Huiyou" 15-15-30 special fertilizer for potted flowers. However, the amount of fertilizer application should not be too much, one side of the stem and leaf is only long, and the stem node is elongated, which seriously affects the ornamental value.

Temperature: summer high temperature and strong light should be shaded properly, but the time should not be long, otherwise it will affect the color and luster of the leaves. The room temperature is maintained at 10-12 ℃ in winter, and it can continue to grow.

Sowing: indoor pot sowing from April to May, the optimum temperature for germination was 20-22 ℃, and germinated 10-12 days after sowing, the seedlings grew faster.

Cutting: from May to June, cut the top branches, insert them into the sand bed, and take root about 15-21 days after cutting.

Ramet: when changing pots in spring, break the dense growth of stems and leaves, with 3-4 branches per pot.
