The moonlight leaves are arranged in circular clusters, and the surface of the leaves is relatively smooth. They usually die after flowering. It is a hybrid variety of flower and moon night and moon shadow.

It is native to Africa. Like warm, dry and semi-overcast environment. Resistant to drought, afraid of stagnant water, avoid bright light.

Pot soil: change the basin every early spring, pot soil with rotten leaf soil, culture soil and coarse sand mixed soil, add a small amount of bone powder.

Watering: water once a week during the growing period and every 2-3 weeks at other times. The potted soil remains slightly dry in winter.

Fertilization: fertilize once a month, with diluted cake fertilizer or "Huiyou 15-15-30 potted flower special fertilizer."

Diseases and insect pests: when indoor ventilation is poor, it is vulnerable to whitefly, which can be sprayed and killed with 1500 times of 50% borers EC.

The breeding mode of moonlight

Cutting: in the growing period, spring and autumn is better, select leaves to enrich, cut off with a short stem, dry and then planted in the sand bed, soil temperature 20-22 ℃, 15-20 days after rooting. You can also use truncated cuttings, cut off the top with 4-5 leaves, dry it and plant it in the sand bed, and take root after about 20-25 days of healing.
