Recently, Zhejiang Province Xianju County Procuratorate approved the arrest of 15 suspects, including Ouyang Chunsheng, the legal representative of the enterprise, on suspicion of producing and selling counterfeit products.

In January this year, Xianju County procuratorate investigation supervision department prosecutors in regular contact with the county agricultural bureau found that the agricultural department seized Zhejiang Pan'an a company sold to Xianju fake pesticide case may be suspected of crime. Xianju County Public Security Bureau found that the fake pesticides sold by a company in Pan'an were developed and produced by three subsidiaries of an enterprise in Jiangxi Province, so the enterprises involved and relevant personnel were also investigated. The procuratorate of Xianju County shall simultaneously carry out follow-up supervision, timely grasp the investigation and evidence collection situation, consult for many times, put forward opinions on investigation and evidence collection and case characterization, and actively do a good job in investigation and evidence collection guidance.

Although the enterprises involved and relevant parties have been criminally filed, the fake pesticides produced by the enterprises are still circulating in the market, seriously threatening the safety of people's lives and property. In spring ploughing season in April, while tracking and supervising the investigation activities of the public security organs, the hospital issued procuratorial suggestions to the public security bureau and agricultural bureau of the county respectively according to law, suggesting that the public security organs and agricultural departments jointly sold to the land should actively take measures to recover the pesticides involved. The county's public security bureau and agricultural bureau acted quickly to jointly recover and recover the pesticides involved in Xianju County. The county public security bureau seized and detained more than 150 tons of fake and inferior pesticides in the warehouse of the enterprise involved in the case according to law, and notified relevant information to local public security organs through the Ministry of Public Security for seizure and recovery. The county agricultural bureau also blocked the circulation of fake pesticides through the superior agricultural department.

At the same time, during the examination and arrest process, the court found that Ouyang Chunsheng, the legal representative of the enterprise, instructed relevant staff of the enterprise to carry out research and development, production and sales of fake and inferior pesticides in order to pursue economic interests. His behavior was suspected of producing and selling fake and inferior products, but the public security organ did not file a case. Therefore, the hospital started to file supervision according to law, in May this year, the public security organs on Ouyang Chunsheng file investigation. On June 28, Ouyang Chunsheng was arrested with the approval of the court. So far, since April this year, the court has approved the arrest of 15 suspects in this extremely serious case of counterfeit pesticides.
