Soilless cultivation of Oncidium
Oncidium is an aerial orchid and should be cultivated with soilless culture. The plant material is a mixture of snake sawdust, broken brick, American igneous rock, coconut, charcoal, etc. Cover it with a layer of water moss to keep warm.
It is better to use a small porous plain pottery pot for flowerpots. It should be ventilated and watered every 3 days to maintain a humid environment.
Pay attention to shade, it is too hot in summer to spray water to cool down, irregularly spray thin nutrient solution, taboo thick fertilizer. If it is found that there are brown and withered spots in the orchid leaves, cut it off, or spray 1000 times the clear water diluent of the antibacterial agent Topurazine to reduce the spread of bacteria.
