Tissue Culture of Phalaenopsis in Soilless Culture

At present, Phalaenopsis is produced by tissue culture in the United States, Japan and European countries. Although its effect is better than that of other orchids, it is still not ideal and needs further breakthrough. Now it is mainly propagated by segmented rhizome, and the rhizome incision is disinfected with potassium permanganate solution, then tissue culture is carried out in test tube, and then soilless cultivation is used. The plant material was planted in shade with a mixture of American igneous rock, snake sawdust and charcoal, and was sprayed with soilless culture solution at the right time until it grew smoothly.
