Benomyl, alias Benlaite, pure white crystals, slightly irritating smell. Insoluble in water, slightly soluble in ethanol, soluble in acetone, chloroform and dimethyl formamide, can be converted into carbendazim in aqueous solution. The formulation is a white to gray-white powder, essentially odorless. It is a low toxicity fungicide.

Benomyl is a systemic fungicide. It is metabolized into carbendazim and another volatile butyl isocyanate in plants. It is its main bactericidal substance. It inhibits the formation of spindle filaments in the process of cell division, has protective and therapeutic effects, and has acaricidal effects. Long residual period, can be maintained in soil for 6 weeks.

Formulation: 50% wettable powder.

How to use:

1. To control leaf diseases, spray 50% WP 2000~2500 times solution.

2. Control seedling-borne diseases and soil-borne diseases.

Note: can not be mixed with strong alkaline drugs and copper preparation. Avoid long-term single use of benomyl, pathogenic bacteria have produced resistance to the place, should use other fungicides. (Liu Zhongjian)
