"clear, clean, fat and turbid" of orchid plants, dry and wet cultivation of orchids

There are many kinds of plants for growing orchids, such as gold stone, pond blue stone, ceramsite, perlite, wind fossils, sand, broken stone and other kinds of broken bricks and tiles, etc.; soft plants include fairy soil, snake wood, rotten wood, bark, leaves, and other fruit shells, edible fungus dregs, etc.; humus plants include forest surface humus layer, garden withered branches and leaves fermented rotten soil Soil plants include mountain topsoil, loess and so on.

We often mix all kinds of plants in fashion to grow orchids. Plant material, environment and management are the relationship of opposition, unity and change.

The singleness and inorganic nature of clear plant materials are used to be called clear planting materials, and the cultivation of orchids is called clear cultivation. For example, simple gold plant stone, Tangji blue stone, sand and stone and so on. They are non-fertile, neutral plants, and are often used to cover old men, or tissue culture seedlings that come out of bottles after planting old and weak plants. in management, there is often no fertilizer management, or only foliar fertilizer is applied, and organic plants are transplanted after the seedlings are grown.

Jing no matter what kind of plant material, what kind of collocation, cleanliness is the most important, unused hard plant materials such as gold stone, fairy soil, etc., and humus plant materials should be reliable, otherwise they should be disinfected before use.

Fertilizer plant material can be divided into two kinds, one is the fatness of plant material itself, such as forest surface rot layer, pile wood decaying soil, immortal soil, and so on; the other is to artificially add nutrients needed by all kinds of plants, such as mixing phosphorus and potassium fertilizer into hard plants with strong adsorption capacity, and so on.

Turbidity is too mixed, fertilizer property is unknown, grain and powder are not separated, bacteria and insects breed, this kind of plant material is not suitable to raise orchid.

The main planting material in our garden is pine bark 50%, 40% Tangji blue stone + 10% immortal soil, or non-immortal soil.

2. Osmunda Osmunda is easy to root and has good fertility, so it is a good planting material for all kinds of seedlings, but do not cover the old man and plant rootless old seedlings. Dryness is not easy to pour through, and it may be easier to use a rain-shielded orchid shed.

3. Pine bark + charcoal has good root, the humidity is easy to control, and the cost is lower than that of Tangji blue stone, so it is planned to be used as the main planting material.
