In accordance with the requirements of the seed Law, fully assist the seed Administration Bureau of the Ministry of Agriculture in the top-level design of the national seed industry information management platform, construct the national seed production and operation license and record management system, variety approval test and registration management system, seed quality control and market supervision system, seed production and operation archives and traceability management system in accordance with the principles of process standardization, data structure and intelligent use. To establish a system for the reporting, sharing, disclosure and release of seed industry management and seed production and operation information. We will strengthen the collection, analysis and research of important information in the industry, and edit and publish the 2016 annual development report of China's seed industry and the national seed industry data manual.
