Symptomatic petals and sepals have white to light ribbed, irregular markings on the surface and back. The surface of the markings is slightly sunken and the surrounding tissue is slightly raised.

Flowers have a short life span. The flower is small; when it is severe, the flower is deformed and cannot be spread normally.

The pathogen was caused by national orchid mosaic virus CyMV and cucumber mosaic virus CMV.

The way of transmission is sap transmission and aphid transmission.
