The Ministry of Agriculture deploys national autumn grain production to emphasize disaster resistance and safety.
At present, it is not only the critical period of "seven under eight flood control and drought relief", but also the key period for the growth and development of autumn grain and disaster prevention and reduction. On 26 July, the Ministry of Agriculture held a national on-the-spot meeting on fighting against disasters and winning a bumper harvest, and made arrangements for the field management of autumn crops focusing on disaster prevention and reduction, emphasizing the need to be based on disaster prevention and harvest, make early arrangements, make scientific responses, intensify efforts, and strengthen measures. we will solidly carry out the "action of strengthening service and science to fight disasters and win a bumper harvest of autumn crops" and make every effort to win a bumper harvest of autumn crops.
The meeting pointed out that summer grain won the first battle, and early rice had a bumper harvest, which boosted the confidence of another bumper harvest. However, autumn grain accounts for most of the grain production in the whole year, and there are still many hurdles to go through, so it is an arduous task to resist disasters and win a bumper harvest. At present, it is necessary to pay close attention to and scientifically judge the adverse effects of El Nino on autumn grain production. We should make preparations as soon as possible to prevent autumn drought, high temperature and heat damage, early frost in the northeast and "Cold Dew wind" in the south. At the same time, major migratory and epidemic diseases and insect pests such as rice planthopper, rice leaf roller, rice blast, corn borer and potato late blight should be prevented.
The meeting stressed that the agricultural season is urgent, the task of disaster prevention and reduction is arduous, and agricultural departments at all levels should strengthen guidance and services, highlight the fight against disasters through science and technology, and do a good job in the production of autumn grain. First, we should pay attention to "robbing" to protect the area. In the area of double-cropping late rice in the south, we should do a good job in the dispatching of machines and tools, speed up the harvest of early rice, transplant in time, achieve the right time for planting, win time for safe full heading, and strive to stabilize the area at last year's level. Second, we should pay attention to the "management" to increase the yield per unit area. We will formulate technical plans by region, by crop and by season, solidly promote the establishment of high grain production and tackle key problems in the model of increasing grain production, speed up the implementation of regional standardized high-yield and high-efficiency technologies, and promote balanced production in a large area. Third, we should pay attention to "resistance" to ensure safety. The northeast region should give prominence to preventing autumn drought and early frost, focusing on "accumulating temperature and promoting early maturity" to ensure safe maturity, the southern region should give prominence to preventing low temperature, overcast and rain and "Cold Dew wind", and ensuring safe full ears. Huang-Huai-Hai summer corn producing areas should give prominence to preventing summer and autumn drought and ensuring safe maturity, and the northwest and southwest regions should prominently guard against drought and low temperature and rain, preserve moisture and seedlings, increase temperature and promote strength. Fourth, we should pay attention to "prevention" and reduce losses. Give full play to the role of 1209 major pest detection and forecasting regional stations, organize plant protection personnel to go deep into the fields to check the pest situation, timely and accurately monitor, vigorously carry out unified prevention and control, joint prevention and control, and group control, and resolutely curb the outbreak of diseases and pests.
According to the meteorological department, this week, there will be heavy precipitation in eastern Inner Mongolia, north-central northeast, western South China and southwest China, which can easily cause short-term waterlogging in low-lying farmland. High temperature weather with a daily maximum temperature of more than 35 ℃ will occur in Northwest, North China, Huang-Huai, Jiangnan, eastern South China and eastern Sichuan Basin, and the drought will persist in some areas, which is not conducive to the growth and development of autumn harvest crops. Remind all localities to pay close attention to the weather situation, harvest mature crops such as early rice and spring wheat, and harvest mature vegetables and fruits in time, so as to reduce the impact of adverse weather on yield and quality.

Staple food leads dietary processing to improve agriculture
Steamed bread, noodles and rice are staple foods that Chinese people can't do without every day. With the acceleration of people's pace of life, there are fewer and fewer people steaming steamed bread and rolling noodles at home, and standardized and factory staple food products have become the choice of more and more people. However, in the face of increasing
