First, apply sufficient fertilizer

From spring to summer, magnolia should be fully fertilized. Magnolia likes to be fat-tolerant. In order to promote growth and flower bud differentiation, field or potted magnolia from April to May should apply sufficient phosphorus and potassium fertilizer, preferably multi-element flower fertilizer, once in April and once in May. Fertilization should be combined internally and externally, not only to apply phosphorus and potassium fertilizer in the basin, but also to spray flower nutrient solution to the leaves, once every three days. In order to make the fertilizer more effectively absorbed by Magnolia, the flower nutrient solution can be injected into the new shoots and branches of Magnolia, half a milliliter at a time, once a month.

2. Pruning

In summer, Magnolia should cut off withered branches, leaves of diseases and insect pests and yellow leaves. Leave the petiole when cutting leaves to protect the axillary buds.

5. Florescence
