In order to effectively deal with the various risks and challenges that may arise in the second half of the year, and to ensure a bumper agricultural harvest and an increase in farmers' income, the National Development and Reform Commission said that it will strengthen guidance and support to new agricultural operators, strengthen policy support, and promote qualified agriculture-related investment projects to be undertaken and implemented by all kinds of new operators. We will improve the policy-oriented agricultural insurance system, strive to solve the financing problem of new agricultural operators, and guide farmers to form a stable relationship of land transfer between farmers and new operators, and for farmers whose circulation reaches a certain period of time, it is necessary to increase government incentives and subsidies.
