On the basis of the previous dispatch of five drought relief working groups to Henan, Shaanxi, Anhui and other provinces, the Ministry of Agriculture again dispatched three working groups on August 4 to Hebei, Hubei, Inner Mongolia and other heavy drought areas to guide the work of drought relief and protection of livestock in autumn.
