According to the monitoring of the national crop diseases and insect pests network, the occurrence of major diseases and pests in autumn grain crops is more serious than that in normal years and last year, especially due to the frequent severe convective weather and unequal rainfall distribution, rice "two migration" pests occur greatly in southern rice areas. the epidemic risk of panicle neck blast in northeast rice region and potato late blight in northwest of North China is significantly increased, which poses a serious threat to the safety of autumn grain production.
