Using the drought relief equipment purchased by the central government since 2011, 87 county-level drought relief teams in Inner Mongolia Autonomous region have drilled more than 760 new electromechanical wells and repaired more than 3800 electromechanical wells for herdsmen, temporarily solving the problem of drinking water for 30, 000 people and 150000 head of large livestock. 52 county-level drought relief teams in Hubei Province have successively dispatched 1700 drought relief personnel, carried 1520 sets of machinery and equipment, irrigated 300000 mu of farmland and solved the problem of drinking water for more than 20, 000 people.
