If we say emphysema, it may be well known, but when it comes to pulmonary vesicles, not many people know about it. In fact, it is bullous emphysema, also called pulmonary bullae. Emphysema, some people think very heavy, others do not think so, if you know the harmfulness of pulmonary vesicles, many people who do not think so will change their understanding and realize the importance and necessity of timely treatment.

The appearance of pulmonary vesicles means that bronchioles may or are about to be blocked, seriously affecting respiratory function. The occurrence of pulmonary vesicles is also related to occupation, such as coal miners get this disease more. In addition, pulmonary vesicles are also secondary diseases, which often occur after pulmonary diseases such as tuberculosis, pneumonia, pulmonary abscess, bronchiolar mucosal edema, diffuse emphysema, and so on.

Pulmonary vesicle

These diseases often lead to an increase in pressure in the swollen alveoli and further enlarge the alveoli, where elastic fibers are easy to break, and the swollen alveoli rupture and then merge to form a balloon-containing cavity, that is, new alveoli or vesicles, just like herpes, but it's hard to eliminate. This is because the new alveolar lumen is not completely blocked, resulting in a valvular effect, and the air is easy to get in but not allowed to get out. At the beginning, it is a single individual pulmonary bullae, and then multiple bullae will be formed.

There is a phenomenon of pulmonary vesicles, which is close to the occurrence of pneumothorax, and it will be closer and closer, and it can even be said that pneumothorax will occur at any time. Because after the formation of pulmonary vesicles, it will "grow up" due to air blockage inside and increasing, oppressing the surrounding lung tissue, which can easily lead to incomplete lung expansion and affect the whole lung gas exchange.

Resection of pulmonary vesicles

Patients will also continue to cough, expectoration, and so on, coupled with lung breathing movement, will increase the pressure in the lungs, if the lung vesicles burst, pneumothorax, or even hemothorax will occur. If patients with pulmonary bullae suddenly have different symptoms such as shortness of breath, cough, dyspnea, hemoptysis and so on, most of them have pneumothorax or hemothorax. Therefore, the pathogen of pulmonary bullae, and the initial appearance of pulmonary vesicles, should be actively treated.
