The 19th rural practical personnel training base of the Ministry of Agriculture is located in Guizhou walnut.

Clouds and clouds surround the mountains, and tea towns in northern Guizhou compete in Jiangnan. On August 12, the Rural Practical Talent Training Base of the Ministry of Agriculture held the opening ceremony in Hetaoba Village, Meijiang Town, Zunyi City, Meitan County, Guizhou Province. This is the 19th rural practical talent training base organized and established by the Ministry of Agriculture. Zeng Yichun, member of the Party Group of the Ministry of Agriculture and Director of the Personnel and Labor Department, attended the opening ceremony and presented training equipment worth 200,000 yuan to Hetaoba Village on behalf of the Ministry of Agriculture.

Since 2006, the Ministry of Agriculture has successively selected typical villages for modern agriculture and new rural construction throughout the country and designated them as training bases for practical rural talents. More than 300 training courses have been held and more than 30,000 leaders of various types have been trained. In recent years, under the leadership of Chen Yanming, secretary of the Party branch, Hetaoba Village has created a typical example of modern agriculture and new rural construction in mountainous areas with grain production, tea industry and rural tourism as its leading industries. In 2013, the comprehensive total output value of tea industry in the village exceeded 300 million yuan, and the annual per capita net income of farmers exceeded 12,000 yuan. After being determined as a training base for rural practical talents by the Ministry of Agriculture, Hetaoba Village will mainly carry out demonstration training for rural practical talents leaders and university student village officials in surrounding provinces, contributing to the construction of rural practical talents team.

On the same day, the first training class of Hetaoba Village Training Base with the theme of entrepreneurship of university student village officials officially opened. 100 university student village officials from Guizhou and other places will participate in a week-long study and exchange here.
