In the producing areas of double-low rapeseed, sesame and other oilseeds, some small and medium-sized enterprises use low-temperature pressing to effectively retain the flavor and nutrients of the oilseeds and meet the demand for characteristic flavor oils such as sesame oil.

The hidden dangers of the quality and safety of edible vegetable oil may come from the planting, harvesting, storage, processing, marketing and consumption of oil crops: 1. Natural toxin pollution: including aflatoxin, zearalenone and other natural toxins produced by oil crops in the process of planting, harvesting, storage and processing; 2. Pesticide residues such as herbicides, pesticides, fungicides, defoliants and plant growth regulators; 3. Heavy metal pollution: mainly from the accumulation of heavy metals in the oil planting process and the heavy metal migration of production equipment in the oil processing process; 4. The hidden risks of edible vegetable oil mentioned above are completely controllable in the process of standardized production. First of all, consumers should be encouraged to consume edible oil scientifically, such as high-temperature frying oil should not be used for a long time; it is not easy to buy too much cooking oil and store it at home in summer. From the point of view of oil and oil production and government supervision, systematic and strict technical specifications for the use of inputs such as producing environment, production technology, chemical fertilizers and pesticides should be formulated and adopted in the process of oil production; drying, rain, mildew and insect prevention should be timely in the process of storage; in the process of processing, the quality of raw materials should be strictly controlled to remove impurities such as diseases, insect pests and mildew grains, and oil detoxification and detoxification technology should be adopted if necessary. In the safe storage of oil, high temperature and exogenous pollution should be avoided to prevent rancidity; in the process of circulation, law enforcement departments should strictly supervise and adopt advanced detection technology to crack down on illegal addition and adulteration.

In view of the hidden risks of edible vegetable oil quality and safety and the requirements of process control and supervision, China has studied and formulated a more systematic technical standard system for the whole process quality control of oil crops. In terms of oil quality and safety standard system, China has studied and formulated the whole process quality control standard system of double-low rapeseed, peanut and soybean. Taking double-low rape as an example, through the systematic study on the key quality control techniques of double-low rapeseed, such as seed breeding, control of trace pollen, removal of inferior and impurity, environmental conditions of producing area, balanced formula fertilization, increased application of boron and potassium fertilizer, isolated continuous planting and control of Sclerotinia sclerotiorum, the quality control and excellent cultivation techniques in the production process of double-low rape were established. According to the differences of soil, climate, variety, tillage system and regional layout of double-low rape in different main producing areas of rapeseed in the upper, middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River basin, the agricultural industry standards for the whole prenatal, mid-and post-natal quality control system of double-low rapeseed were established, and the standardization of quality control and high-quality cultivation techniques of double-low rape was realized. The technical contents of grading and determination of glucosinolates, erucic acid, oil content and amino acids of double-low rapeseed were standardized, and the quality control technology of double-low rapeseed from prenatal seed source was constructed. to the production environment and Sclerotinia sclerotiorum control, high-quality cultivation and production techniques, post-natal double-low rapeseed product quality and supporting testing methods and other whole process quality control technical standard system.
In terms of quality standards for edible vegetable oils, major vegetable oils have strict quality standards. there are clear requirements for the quality and safety indexes of rapeseed oil, peanut oil, soybean oil, cottonseed oil, sunflower oil, camellia oil, sesame oil, corn oil, rice bran oil, flaxseed oil, palm oil, palm kernel oil, walnut oil, grape seed oil, prickly ash seed oil, olive oil, safflower seed oil and so on. In addition, in terms of the use of food additives, clear provisions have been made on the use and limits of antioxidants such as BHT, BHA and TBHQ; at the same time, maximum limit standards and corresponding detection technical and method standards have been established for pollutants such as heavy metals and pesticide residues, so as to provide strong technical support for judging the quality and safety of edible vegetable oils.
