From decentralized investment to centralized investment, we will "unify" and "bundle" the funds for supporting agriculture arranged by the financial departments, the poverty alleviation funds arranged by the relevant departments, the rural loans of credit cooperatives and the self-raised funds of township and village groups, and establish a fund for the processing and development of agricultural products. In accordance with the principle of funds following the project, concentrate human, financial and material resources to support agricultural products processing projects with sufficient raw materials, less investment, quick results and good sales market, so that they can develop and grow as soon as possible.

The second is to make information public. At present, there are some agricultural products processing projects in various localities, some of which have been put into production, some are being tested, and some are just in the process of brewing. This information can be made public on the Internet, newspapers, radio and television, and other media, and production technology can be successfully transferred, and those under development can absorb partners. in this way, farmers in different areas can learn from each other, so as to reduce experimental costs and shorten development time.

The third is to carry out horizontal alliance. We should break industry and regional boundaries, allow the flow of talents, technology and funds, and carry out horizontal alliances. Specific to a place, according to its own resources, technology, and financial advantages, we can focus on selecting projects that cannot be done with others in other places, absorb other people's advanced technology and management experience, and make them "special", "refined", and "skillful". In this way, we can establish our own brand-name products and core competitiveness.

The fourth is to focus on two markets. The processing and marketing of agricultural products should break the traditional concept of self-production and marketing, change from closed to open, focus on opening up domestic and international markets, strengthen the promotion of science and technology, shift from the adjustment of extension to the improvement of connotation and quality, and adopt advanced production technology and scientific management methods at home and abroad, so that we can break a road of less investment, quick results, low cost and high output.
