Last Updated: 2024/11/05, If you want to multiply, dig it out and select some strong branches to reproduce. If it is a cuttage, cut a small hole in the branch to be planted, and wait until ten days later when a knobby knot grows, you can cut it to reproduce. If it is sowing, it should be carried out in early April, preferably planted in a wooden basin, the effect of ventilation is better.

I. the mode of reproduction

1. Ramet

First, the branch that has been growing for two or three years is generally used to split the plant, remove it from the basin, and then clean up the soil from the root. Its survival rate is very high, as long as the root is not seriously injured.

Second, use some chicken manure as fertilizer, choose soft soil and put some mud from the pond at the bottom of the basin.

Third, after the ramet, water it thoroughly at once, usually wait until the soil is dry before watering, the temperature of the water should be about the same as the temperature.

2. Cuttage

First, if the temperature in this way is too low, its survival rate will not be very high, so it is best to do it in an environment of 20-30 degrees. To choose a bamboo with a lot of branches and leaves, make a small opening in the selected bamboo and coat it with liverworts. Keep it for ten days and keep it humid during this process.

Second, wait until ten days later, the wound will grow a tumor-like knot, and then it can be cut off.

Third, put some soft and moist soil in a cloth bag, then make some small holes in the outside of the cloth bag, and then put the branches in. Put it in the basin, fill it with soil, and it will soon survive.

3. Sowing seeds

First, when its seed is soft, it means it is ripe. You can take it off, wash it with water, then dry it and store it.

Second, wait until early April to plant its seeds in sand, preferably in wooden pots. Put three seeds in each pot. Then cover it with sand, not too thick or too tight.

Third, pour a lot of water on it after planting, and then seal it with plastic wrap to ensure a temperature of about 25 degrees and the soil is moist enough.

II. Points for attention

1. The soil should be breathable enough and the drainage effect should be good enough.

2. don't hurt its roots when you basin it. Change the soil every spring and use a larger basin each time.

3. Water it often, but the dose should not be too large. You can spray water on its leaves. Spray once or twice a day in the heat.
