After that, you can spray some potions, such as metalaxyl and so on. If the roots of hydroponic Anthurium andraeanum are rotten, the most likely cause is the water quality. The first thing to do is also to cut off the rotten roots and disinfect them. Then there is the frequent change of water, the requirements are different in different seasons. It should also be noted that the amount of water is about 1/3 of the container. When necessary, measures can be taken to increase the content of oxygen in the water.

1. For soil-cultured plants

(1) the cause of root rot: it is likely to be "root rot". It is mainly caused by harmful bacteria and other diseases. It is more frequently sent in May. Especially when the environmental humidity is very high and there is a lot of stagnant water.

(2) solution: first, cut off the rotten part, and then treat its root with disinfectant. Next, you need to spray some medicine, such as metalaxyl, and apply it to the root. After the maintenance, we need to pay attention to control the amount of water. In addition, ventilation is also very important.

2. For hydroponic plants

(1) Root rot reason: for hydroponics, the reason is not the same. One of the main reasons is the problem of water quality, which has not been changed for a long time.

(2) solution: first of all, as in the previous case, you have to cut off the rotten parts, and then soak in a sterilized solution for about half an hour. Then change the water frequently after that. You need to change the most times in summer, once every two or three days. In spring and autumn, you can do it every five to seven days. In winter, the frequency is the least, about once a week to every ten days. When changing, pour out the original, then rinse the container and then change it. And the amount of water poured in should also be paid attention to. If it is too full, it will lead to low oxygen content, and if it is not enough, it will not have enough water. Usually put it in container 1/3. You can shake the bottle from time to time so that it contains more oxygen.
