According to the Ministry of Agriculture monitoring, September 1,"national agricultural wholesale price index" for 208.61, down 1.39 points from last Friday, of which,"vegetable basket" wholesale price index for 210.98, down 1.73 points from last Friday.

As of 14:00 today, the average price of pork in the national agricultural products wholesale market was 20.26 yuan/kg (pork wholesale price index was 174.02), up 0.2% from last Friday.

Beef 54.50 yuan/kg, down 0.2% from last Friday;

Mutton 55.11 yuan/kg, up 0.2% from last Friday;

Egg 11.29 yuan/kg, up 0.1% from last Friday;

White striped chicken 15.51 yuan/kg, up 0.1% from last Friday.

The average price of 28 kinds of vegetables under key monitoring was 3.60 yuan/kg (the wholesale price index of vegetables was 200.20), down 0.3% from last Friday.

The average price of seven kinds of fruits under key monitoring was 5.64 yuan/kg, up 1.4% from last Friday.

The average price of crucian carp was 15.18 yuan/kg, up 0.1% from last Friday.

Carp 12.59 yuan/kg, down 0.1% from last Friday;

Silver carp 7.07 yuan/kg, up 0.7% from last Friday;

Big hairtail 27.53 yuan/kg, down 0.5% from last Friday.

Today, among the 60 varieties monitored by the wholesale market of fresh agricultural products in China, the top five price increases compared with last Friday were cabbage, pear, zucchini, banana and cucumber, with ranges of 5.1%, 4.7%, 4.5%, 2.6% and 2.4% respectively; the top five price decreases were cauliflower, beans, tomatoes, carrots and watermelon, with ranges of 4.5%, 2.4%, 2.2% and 2.1% respectively.
