Maintenance of Orchid Sprout

Now is the season when orchid sprouts are unearthed and grow. How to manage orchid sprouts well? How can ability make orchid bud grow normally? This also makes Lanyou very concerned about things. As the saying goes: spring buds are prosperous, summer buds are weak, autumn buds are improperly numbered, and now it is the peak season for spring buds growth. In order to manage the bud stage well, we should pay attention to the following points: 1. We should pay attention to the humidity of the basin soil to maintain a slightly wet state, and there must be no stagnant water in the basin. If the growth of orchids is infringed by too much moisture, the new buds are easy to rot in a long-term too wet environment. It is what we often call the "black death" orchid bud tip rotten to black brown, extending until the whole bud withered to death. If the spring bud is rotten to death, it will seriously affect the growth and flowering of the whole orchid that year. 2. The spraying of orchid fertilizer is now in a good season for orchids. Organic fertilizer can be used, such as soybean water 15, 20 times liquid watering pot (be sure to rot through), and some slow-application fertilizers such as magic fertilizer and ao Miao fertilizer can be put on the basin surface. Huabao No. 5 can also be sprayed alternately with the king of orchid bacteria and potassium dihydrogen phosphate. Be sure to pay attention to thin fertilizer and never exceed the dilution multiple of the instructions, otherwise it will be counterproductive and cause fertilizer damage. 3. Orchid sprouts should be exposed to the sun more in order to grow healthily and improve the disease resistance of orchid plants. When the sun is poisonous at noon, they should be properly shaded and should not be exposed to the sun, so as not to burn the orchid sprouts. 4. Pay attention to ventilation, especially after spraying water or on cloudy and rainy days, open the window or ventilator in time, be careful not to spray to the orchid bud and leaf center when spraying water, it is best to wrap the orchid bud with newspaper, and then spray it, if there is water sprayed to the orchid bud and leaf center, suck out the water in time with a cotton swab or dry brush to avoid soft rot of the orchid. 5, when the new bud must not be disturbed by insects and rats, pay attention to rat prevention, insect prevention, such as insect pests, timely insecticidal, Huakang No. 1 can be used alternately, such as omethoate, pyrethroid, methamidophos acetate. 6, the most avoid turning the basin or picking the pot soil to see the bud, because one is not careful, the light touch the orchid bud, the heavy one break the bud or stiff bud actually need not be anxious, as long as you wait patiently, your orchid bud will begin to show. Orchid buds must not be touched by hand, otherwise it is likely to cause new buds to stop growing or even wither. 7. Sprouts should be thinned in time. If there are too many false bulbs, buds should be thinned in time to stay strong and go small. Some orchids are reluctant to break off multiple buds, but they do not realize that this will make old men consume a lot of nutrients and speed up the falling speed of old seedlings. New seedlings are not as strong as one generation, and strong orchid plants leave no more than 2 buds per seedling. Weak seedlings leave one bud per seedling or two seedlings leave one bud. The growth of strong seedlings is slow first and then fast, while the growth of weak seedlings is opposite to that of strong seedlings, which is first fast and then slow. The management of orchid germination period is in place, which lays a solid foundation for the healthy growth of orchids throughout the year. I hope orchid sprouts will thrive!
