Since the implementation of the regulations on pollution Prevention and Control of large-scale Livestock and Poultry farming on January 1, 2014, various localities have continuously introduced policies, funds and material resources to support the development of clean farming. However, many farms still produce illegally, and livestock and poultry droppings are discharged without strict treatment, which not only causes great harm to the environment, but also brings a lot of trouble to the lives of residents.

The contradiction between manure and environment in aquaculture is not inborn, and the manure produced in the initial small-scale farming is mostly absorbed in the form of fertilizer. With the increase in the number of farms and aquaculture, environmental problems begin to highlight and gradually aggravate. The new situation requires farmers to adopt new methods and new equipment to deal with the problem. If they still pin their hopes on self-digestion as before, it will eventually lead to mistakes in people and themselves and the environment.
