Last Updated: 2024/11/06, Autumn is a very important period for chrysanthemums, and management is very important during this period. If you water it, you should water more on a sunny day, not too much. The flowers should loosen the soil first, do not put fertilizer and water on the leaves, use organic fertilizer in early October, and check the leaves every morning to observe the plants to determine whether to lose weight or not. In addition, it can be used for the use of pillars, if the formation of willow buds should be removed in time.

First, watering

Watering plays an important role in its growth. We must give it enough water so that it will grow better and the flowers will look better. When the bud appears, we will give it more water. In autumn, the amount of water should be determined according to the weather, not in rainy days, less in cloudy days, and more in sunny days. In addition, the watering tool had better be a small-eye spray can, do not water it too much, and not too hard, otherwise it is easy to let its roots rot, withered yellow.

II. Fertilization

1. Before applying fertilizer, we need to loosen the soil, and we can't water it. After that, we have to add liquid fertilizer to the basin soil when it is dry, and we can't put fertilizer and water on the leaves when applying fertilizer, otherwise the leaves will turn yellow easily. After applying fertilizer, use a spray can to add water to it, so that the fat on the leaves can be washed away.

2. Wait until early October and give it 0.1% urea and 0.05% potassium dihydrogen phosphate. Apply it about once every five days, or you can use this fertilizer once, and organic liquid fertilizer once. In addition, we can mix the fertilizer above and spray it at night, about once every three days.

3. We need to check the leaves every day. If the veins of the leaves become wider, the colors are no longer bright, and the leaves become stiff, we need to reduce the amount of fertilizer applied to it. And if the second section of the plant from above is the thickest part of the whole plant. If the bud of the flower head blooms and is still transparent, it should no longer be fertilized.

3. Pruning

In autumn, it reaches the budding stage, but it does not grow buds, and the place where it grows is still growing new leaves, so the buds above need to be cut off. If you let it blossom at will, it is easy to cause the shape of the flower to be unattractive. And when it is fully developed, we have to cut off the bottom of the flower receptacle, which is too high, and then tie the flower head firmly, so that the seed flower will grow better.

Fourth, lighting

After flowering, we should shade the lighter ones and give more light to the darker ones.
