It has strong pertinence and timeliness. The "guiding opinions" put forward that, centering on the three major goals of "increasing production, improving efficiency, and ensuring safety," and in accordance with the unified requirements of "increasing production and fertilization, economic fertilization, and environmental protection fertilization," we should determine the economic and reasonable amount of fertilizer application and optimize the ratio of fertilizer feeding and distribution. select a suitable fertilization period, improve fertilization methods and methods, ensure stable and high yield of crops, and improve fertilizer use efficiency. At the same time, we should adhere to the combination of scientific fertilization and soil fertility, encourage the application of organic fertilizer, popularize the return of straw to the field, plant and utilize green manure, improve soil and fertilize soil fertility, and improve the comprehensive output capacity of soil.
