During the discussion, comrades attending the meeting said that the development of modern agriculture depends on the research and development, popularization, and application of advanced agricultural science and technology, especially after the national grain production has achieved "ten consecutive increases" to solve agricultural non-point source pollution. research and development of environmentally friendly and efficient agricultural inputs is becoming increasingly important. Among them, improving the utilization rate of chemical fertilizer has always been an international problem. At present, the utilization rate of chemical fertilizer in the United States, Israel and other agricultural developed countries has reached more than 60 percent, while China is a large country in the use of chemical fertilizers. In 2011, the national use of chemical fertilizers reached 57 million tons, increasing at a rate of about 2 percent every year. The utilization rate of chemical fertilizer is only 30% to 35%, and the loss rate is relatively high, which also causes pollution to the cultivated land.

In 2011, the company cooperated with China Cotton Institute to apply organosilicon water-soluble slow-release fertilizer, which made the yield of seed cotton per mu of cotton field reached more than 1000 jin, the highest in Hebei history.

In 2013, after using silicone water-soluble slow-release fertilizer in Liuhan Village, Yongnian County, the actual yield of 200mu wheat demonstration field was measured to be 760.18 kg per mu, creating the highest wheat yield in Hebei Province.
