Share + 1 Tweet Email want to know how the nutritious lunches that Taiwanese children eat at school are different from those in other countries?

In Japan, through school competitions and chefs giving lectures to schools, Japan promoted the peaceful food culture, which has gradually disappeared from generation to generation, while South Korea, through the strength of civil society, put forward the initiative with non-fundamental reform and school lunch as the core. Taiwanese civil volunteers put forward the proposal of non-fundamental reform campus lunch during the local election four years ago, which was finally regulated by legislation.

The cultural, policy, and social differences and similarities of the school lunches of 200 million people in Taiwan, Japan, and South Korea need to be understood in depth. The school lunch 22 project team gathered speakers from Taiwan, Japan and South Korea for the first time to share their private education and action experiences based on the common experiences and memories of 200 million school lunches from Taiwan, Japan and South Korea.
