Last Updated: 2024/11/08, If its leaves wilt, you can cut off its wilted leaves and water it thoroughly to slow it down. It can also be dug up and replanted in a new basin, preferably with a tile basin with good drainage function. You can also cut off the branches after its flowers are in full bloom, leaving only two heads in each pot.

I. methods

1. If it is a newly bought seedling, its root system is not fully developed at this time. If you put it directly in the sun, it will wilt easily. At this time, you should remove the wilted leaves, pour water thoroughly, and then let it slow down for a while.

2. Plastic pots are prone to poor drainage, especially on continuous rainy days, the roots will be difficult to breathe and the leaves will wilt. At this time, it can be dug up and replanted in a new basin, preferably with a breathable tile basin.

3. When you first buy it back, especially the plants that will grow flowers, there are not enough nutrients in the roots, so they can only be used by the flowers, and the leaves will wilt if they don't get the nutrients they need. To cut off some of the branches after it has grown flowers, just leave two heads for each pot.

Second, how to maintain better in daily life

1. Warm and humid

The most suitable temperature for it is 15-26 ℃ during the day and 10-15 ℃ at night. If it is lower than 5 ℃ in winter, it will go into dormancy, but some varieties can even stand the cold of-15 ℃ and the heat of 35 ℃. If the summer temperature has been above 30 ℃, it will enter a semi-dormant state, so its growth will not be good, even if it can grow flowers, the flowers will be very small, the petals will be very few, and the color will not look good.

2. Lighting

It likes areas with light, and should give it enough light in its growing season, and let it bask for at least six hours a day, otherwise it will only grow leaves and not flowers, and even if it grows flowers, the color of the flowers will not be bright and the taste will not be strong.

3. Watering

It doesn't like a lot of water, so don't have a lot of water in the basin, otherwise the root will rot easily. The amount of water for it is different in different seasons, and it needs to increase the amount of water when its branches and leaves sprout in spring. Water it once a day in the heat, wait until the surface of the soil becomes white, and make the soil slightly moist in winter.
