She thought the flowers she threw away were ugly. The neighbors picked them up and made them into treasures. They regretted it.

Last Updated: 2024/11/05, Friends come to complain: the succulent plants are getting uglier and uglier. I really don't want them. Huahua hurriedly asked a friend to post an "ugly" succulent photo. It turned out that the flesh was out of shape, but don't worry, Huahua has a way to turn ugly into beauty this time!

The flowers grow uglier and uglier.

Do flower friends, who share the same distress as Huahua friends, always feel that their flowers are not as good-looking as those of others?

The picture below is a mountain rose raised by someone else.

The following picture shows the mountain roses raised by flower friends.

There are more powerful flower friends who turn roses into green vegetables.

Other people's rose leaves are compact, and the rose is blooming bigger and bigger.

The rose branches you raise are full of teeth and claws, and although there are many buds, the flowers are getting smaller and smaller.

The gentleman orchids raised by others are upright and upright, with leaves in pairs.

The magnolia you raise can grow casually, and it will be nice to blossom.

After looking at these comparisons, flower friends think, which camp are you from? In fact, it is not terrible to raise ugly flowers, let's correct it now!

Succulent correction

Succulent deformation is generally a mere growth, about the solution after growing Huahua has also said many times, small problem!

1. Directly cut off the head and re-cut

After some flesh grows in vain, their real mothers really don't know each other. At this time, they cut off the heads of the flowers, then cut off the leaves and cut them again.

Leaving the original part will grow a new "head". Don't worry (you can wipe it with carbendazim solution with cotton swabs).

The picture below shows the new buds growing after beheading, is it much better than when it grew?

One plant can become a big basin.

2. Develop old piles

It is possible to grow into an old pile, but only if the branches are thicker. The overgrown flesh that meets the requirements is ready to "evolve" to the old pile.

The following picture shows the overgrown flesh, which looks strong. It is recommended to keep it as an old pile.

Remove the dead leaves and the leaves at the bottom at the height of 1/3, and replace them with old piles with more particles (more breathable)

The old pile should be watered less during the cultivation period, once every 5-10 days, and put in a ventilated place, do not be afraid of meat thirst, this is the only way for the old pile to develop.

Gentleman orchid correction

The shape of the gentleman orchid pays attention to symmetry, the leaf symmetry spreads gently outward, like the peacock opens the screen, do not look so simple, can raise the standard gentleman orchid, but worth tens of thousands of ah!

For the crooked gentleman orchid at home, how to shape it?

1. Observe the distortion

There is no big problem for some gentleman orchids to look at the front, but the sag of the leaves is not uniform.

But in fact, when I looked down, I immediately found that the leaves were facing forward and backward, which were not uniform at all.

If you leave it alone, it will become like this. It's really ugly.

2. Rope binding

If the leaves are just running back and forth, here's the picture

Tie it together gently with a rope. Don't be too tight and easily hurt the leaves. Just tie it up for about 1-2 weeks.

3. Clamp to keep balance

If the gentleman orchid is just tilted like one side, as shown in the following picture

You can take a few clips and a cardboard shell, and first surround the root with the cardboard shell (10 cm high) to stabilize the lower plate.

Then use the clip to clamp the leaves on both sides (pad with toilet paper to prevent the leaves from getting hurt), you can adjust the position of the clip according to the angle you like, and pay attention to keeping both sides symmetrical.

Clip correction also takes 1-2 weeks to complete.

3. Heavy skew directly on the splint

For the gentleman orchid that grows crooked before and after, left and right, you can make a splint to correct it, find two long cardboard shells, dig out the hole with scissors (the hole position of the two pieces of paper is the same), and put the leaves into the hole.

4. Light correction

Light correction is also a common method of correction. Crooked leaves are wrapped in opaque strips of paper (usually tin foil) and light is used to change the growth trend.

It is also OK to use opaque paper and fix it with a clip (be careful not to be too tight so as not to hurt the leaves)

At this time, 180 degrees should be rotated every 7 days to ensure that the correction is more comprehensive. About 2-3 weeks will be fine. Don't take too long to overcorrect it.

Rose pruning

The pruning of the rose can not only make the shape more beautiful, but also ensure the quality of flowering. A lot of nutrients of the unpruned rose are absorbed by the branches. When the rose blossoms, there is little left, and the flowers are naturally small and thin.

1. Pruning excess branches

Don't be reluctant to give up the rose, cut it now, it will save you a lot of trouble! Know how to prune and keep the outer buds when pruning, as shown in the following picture

Take a full-body photo.

When trimming the shape, you can cut around the center main rod according to the shape of the sapling.

Those with more branches can be trimmed into the shape they like.

2. Pruning after flowering

After the rose blossoms, the residual flowers should be cut off in time to ensure the quality of blooming again.

3. Cut off the blind branch

Blind buds and branches not only consume nutrition, but also affect the overall beauty, so cut it off quickly!

The picture below is a blind bud. This bud will no longer grow new branches and can be removed.

The picture below is a blind branch, which will no longer grow, so cut it off quickly.

After trimming

The pruned rose is more illuminated and nutritionally concentrated, and its growth is certainly better. The picture below shows the comparison between before and after pruning.

Let's talk about these three kinds of flowers today.

Florists, do you have any questions?

You can bring it up more often.

Let's find a way together.
