The integration and promotion of the two refers to the extensive adoption of green prevention and control measures such as physical prevention, biological prevention and ecological control in the process of unified prevention and control; In the process of green prevention and control, give full play to the role of unified prevention and control organization and new agricultural production and management subject, organize and implement uniformly, effectively improve the organizational degree and scientific level of pest prevention and control, reduce the dosage of chemical pesticides, ensure agricultural production, agricultural product quality and ecological environment safety, and promote sustainable development of agriculture.
According to the Ministry of Agriculture, from the situation in various places, the pilot effect is very obvious: First, integrate a batch of technical models. The integrated pest management model suitable for different crops, economical, practical, simple and easy to operate has been integrated according to local conditions, laying a foundation for large-scale popularization and application. Second, pesticide reduction and harm control are significant. In the demonstration area, the chemical pesticide dosage was reduced by 20%-30%, the farmland ecological environment was obviously improved, and the number of natural enemies increased obviously. Third, the cost saving and efficiency increase are remarkable. The demonstration area increased production by more than 8% per mu, saved cost and increased efficiency by 150-200 yuan, and the quality of agricultural products met the national food safety standards. Fourth, the demonstration driving effect is remarkable. This year, 538 demonstration areas have been established, with a demonstration area of 9.2 million mu and a radiation drive of 71.6 million mu.
The Ministry of Agriculture said that by 2020, the coverage rate of integration of national unified prevention and control and green prevention and control will reach more than 30%.
