The urbanization of China is different from the family-led population migration in other market economy countries, but the migrant workers work in the city and integrate into the city. Although a large number of rural population entering the city is statistically recognized as the urban population, the society "takes but does not support" the rural population, the enterprises "use but not support" the rural population, and the migrant workers themselves "move but not move". It has led to the phenomenon of "semi-urbanization" in the development of Chinese society. This kind of "semi-urbanization" of migrant workers has given birth to social risks such as man-made social injustice, institutional social exclusion and identity crisis of migrant workers, as well as major social problems such as "left-behind children". Therefore, it is suggested to promote household urbanization and make specific suggestions:

1. After a migrant worker has been working in the city for two years, it is necessary for the city to solve the urban hukou of the whole family (3 or 4 people), which can speed up the improvement of the urbanization rate in our province, especially in prefectural-level cities.

2. The government should speed up the construction of public rental housing and solve the housing problem of people who come to the city and their families. After the lease period comes, the purchase of commercial housing can promote the development of the urban real estate industry.

3. The government should speed up the investment in urban basic education, especially to solve the problem that the children of migrant workers go to school, so that they can enjoy public educational resources fairly and stabilize the migrant workers. On the one hand, it can avoid the improvement of urban human capital, on the other hand, it can avoid social problems such as "left-behind children".

4. The government should rationally adjust the industrial layout, vigorously develop the tertiary industry, encourage farmers to go to cities to start businesses, increase jobs, so that the families of migrant workers can have job opportunities, and if they have stable jobs and income, they will feel at ease in the city. Family breakdown caused by one party working in the city and the other party "keeping empty" at home can be avoided.

5. The government should speed up the construction of the social security system, speed up the overall planning of urban and rural areas, and realize the integration of urban and rural areas in terms of medical insurance and social security, so that children who work in cities can pick up their parents to live in the city. many social problems caused by mass population flows such as the Spring Festival can be avoided.
