How to speed up the all-round economic and social development at the grass-roots level in order to effectively solve the outstanding problems at the grass-roots level has become an important and arduous historical task. It is only natural that the economic and social development at the grass-roots level lags behind, the conditions are poor, there are many difficulties, the work is hard and the treatment is poor, and it is only natural that young people are eager to leave the grass-roots level. Grass-roots work is the focus and difficulty of all-round social development, grass-roots work needs to attract young talents, and retaining young people is related to the comprehensive and sustainable development of the grass-roots level, which is really very important.

We should further deepen structural reform, optimize the allocation of resources, effectively promote all-round economic and social development at the grass-roots level, implement the party's mass line, solve the existing problems at the grass-roots level through strong sustainable development, and improve the working environment at the grass-roots level. establish a standardized performance system, improve the wage level and welfare income of grass-roots civil servants, and solve the worries of life. Further innovate and standardize the personnel system, make the personnel system open and transparent, more fair and reasonable, tilt more towards the grass-roots level in the "selection and employment of personnel", encourage young people to do something at the grass-roots level, and make the grass-roots level become the only way for promotion.
