Take quality as the lifeline of skilled personnel training, and actively build a long-term mechanism for agricultural skilled personnel training. The quality responsibility letter system has been established, the red-black list system of appraisal institutions has been actively promoted, the quality work notification system has been established, the quality supervision system has been implemented, and the appraisal and examination management system has been fully activated. And gradually promote the appraisal institutions quality management system certification and credit rating, by taking a series of solid and effective measures, constantly strengthen the work quality construction, and constantly improve the quality of agricultural skilled personnel training.
Closely docking industries and constantly giving full play to the role of agricultural skilled personnel

Where the work of agricultural and rural centers is really promoted, agricultural skilled personnel will be developed, trained and evaluated. According to sampling statistics and practice, the proportion of farmers among skilled personnel has increased from 5% 10 years ago to 39%. The production and operation efficiency of trained and certified workers is significantly higher than the average level, 92% of the holders' income has increased significantly, and 88% of the respondents hope to obtain a higher level of vocational qualification certificate.
