A few days ago, it successfully created the first eight-row peanut picking combine harvester in China, filling the gap in this technical field in China.

The equipment is mainly composed of wheeled self-walking chassis, picking system, conveying system, fruit picking system, cleaning system, fruit collection system and mechanical-electrical-hydraulic control system. It can complete 8 rows of peanut picking, fruit picking, cleaning, fruit collection and other joint harvesting operations at one time, and the production efficiency can reach 12 mu / hour. The field production test in Siyang, Jiangsu Province shows that the overall technical route and technological process of the equipment are feasible, the links of picking, conveying, fruit picking, grass arrangement, cleaning and fruit collection are smooth and reliable, and the working performance is good. The production efficiency is 5 times and 6 times that of the two-and-a-half feeding peanut combine harvester. No matter it is ridge cultivation or flat cultivation, whether it is dry seedling or fresh seedling, whether it is smooth harvest or horizontal harvest, it can achieve smooth operation and has good adaptability.

It is understood that peanuts are the most internationally competitive high-quality superior oil crops in China, with a perennial planting area of more than 70 million mu. With the rapid growth of peanut planting area in Xinjiang and Northeast China and the development of large-scale production in traditional producing areas, the domestic demand for efficient mechanized peanut harvesting technology and equipment is becoming increasingly urgent. The eight-row peanut picking and harvesting equipment has complex structure and great technical difficulty, which represents the development direction of today's high-efficiency peanut harvesting technology. After the realization of industrialization, it will play an important role in meeting the efficient and diversified needs of peanut mechanized harvesting equipment in China, breaking the monopoly of peanut picking and harvesting technology in the United States, and promoting the healthy development of peanut industry in China.
