Junshan Lake, located in Jinxian County, Jiangxi Province, is the sub-lake of Poyang Lake, the largest freshwater lake in China, opposite the dike of Poyang Lake. The lake surface of 320000 mu is as green as green, the fish and crabs in the lake play with each other, and the brand of "hometown of Chinese River Crab" makes Junshan Lake hairy crab famous.

The clear water of Junshan Lake is the natural support of local eco-economic development, so it is particularly important to maintain clear water quality in the process of development. In this regard, Jinxian County insists on protection in the course of development and development in protection, and walks out a "win-win" road of protection and development of Junshan Lake.

Do a good job of adding and subtracting water quality up to 100%

In June this year, deputies to the people's congresses at the county and township levels in Jinxian County found a large number of peach blossom jellyfish in many places when they inspected the environmental protection of Junshan Lake. There are very high requirements for the living environment. The peach blossom jellyfish, known as the "giant panda in the water", appeared in Junshan Lake, indicating that the water quality of the lake is good. Monitoring data from environmental protection departments of Nanchang City and Jinxian County in September and October show that the water quality of Junshan Lake has reached more than Class III of the national surface water, and in some places or parts has reached Class II or more, and the water quality standard rate is 100%.

Why is the lake clear? It comes from a series of additions and subtractions made by Jinxian County to protect Junshan Lake.

First of all, do a good job of subtraction to protect the clear water of a lake.

Make protection regulations. On July 1, 2010, the regulations on the Protection of Junshan Lake in Nanchang City was approved and formally implemented by the standing Committee of Jiangxi Provincial people's Congress. In strict accordance with the requirements of the regulations, the county firmly does not introduce any polluting industrial enterprises in the controlled area. This year, in order to further strengthen the protection of the water quality of Junshan Lake, Nanchang City has amended the regulations, which will be implemented soon.

Carry out the practice of raising people to heaven. On 27 January this year, Jinxian County signed a "Supplementary Agreement on Fisheries Development of Junshan Lake" with the contractor of Junshan Lake, completely canceling the intensive culture area of Junshan Lake, and the whole lake area did not put any bait, and carried out "human culture in nature and clear water culture."

Strictly control aquaculture pollution. On July 16, the "work Plan for the renovation of Pig Farms (households) in the Control area of Junshan Lake Reserve" was formulated, with an investment of 30.03 million yuan, in accordance with the "five batches" (immediately dismantled one batch, strongly renovated one batch, policy informed one batch, transformation sealed one batch and support and dredged one batch), all pig farms within the 1000-meter red line around Junshan Lake were renovated, and the pollution sources of pig farms were strictly controlled. At present, 245 pig farms with sewage outlets directly facing the waters of Junshan Lake have been dismantled.

The second is to add well to make the clear water of a lake clearer.

Strengthen supervision. Water environmental protection should be included in major key projects, and the efforts of environmental protection, water affairs, animal husbandry, public security, forestry, land and resources departments should be integrated to form a linkage mechanism and strict supervision. At the same time, the environmental protection departments of Nanchang City and Jinxian County jointly acted in the middle of each month at nine points in the mouth, outlet and center of Junshan Lake to conduct synchronous sampling, monitor water quality, and compare and analyze with historical data. grasp the water quality of Junshan Lake, find out the main pollution factors and causes of water pollution, and put forward opinions and suggestions.

Construction Project. Invest 8 million yuan to build Junshan Lake sewage biochemical treatment station, responsible for sewage treatment along Junshan Lake hotels, enterprises and residents, daily treatment of domestic sewage, industrial wastewater can reach 600m3. At the same time, the Sanli waste incineration station project can deal with 10 cubic meters of combustible waste per day to improve the sanitary environment of Junshan Lake tourism and leisure area. Both projects have been put into use.

Restore the ecology. The ecological restoration base of Junshan Lake was established, and aquatic plants such as verticillium verticillata, Sophora flavescens, Elaeagnus angustifolia and Rabdosia malayensis were planted. Through experiments, the county will select the most suitable aquatic plants to be planted in Junshan Lake and popularize them in a large area, so that Junshan Lake will form a "forest in the water."
