It is understood that this year's stable grain income has become the highlight of the whole year. Cotton oil sugar, fruit, vegetable tea, meat, eggs and milk, aquatic products, etc. are in abundant supply, the market operation is generally stable, and there are no major agricultural product quality safety incidents and regional major animal epidemics throughout the year. Agricultural machinery, land reclamation and agricultural product processing industries have developed steadily, rural reform has been steadily promoted, new steps have been taken in the registration and issuance of land contractual management rights, innovation in agricultural management system, reform of agricultural product target prices, steady progress has been made in seed industry, land reclamation and rural finance, and new progress has been made in the construction of rural reform pilot areas and national modern agricultural demonstration zones.

A policy support system covering all fields and links of agricultural production has initially been formed. The support for agricultural science and technology equipment talents has been strengthened.
