In reality, the development of agricultural land market is facing an unbalanced embarrassment. On the one hand, there is a great controversy over the division of the ownership of some agricultural land, ranging from wrangling to resorting to law. On the other hand, there are all kinds of idle and abandoned agricultural land, resulting in the loss of potential economic value.
Accelerating the promotion of the unified registration system of agricultural land and real estate will change the practice of overhead land use control in the past, so as to curb all kinds of encroachment on the interests of agricultural land.
