A few days ago, the reporter learned from the State Food Administration that relevant departments will hold a national policy grain auction fair in Anhui from January 6 to 8, 2015 to auction the four major varieties of wheat, japonica rice, indica rice and corn.

It is understood that the varieties and quantities of this auction are 2 million tons of wheat, 4 million tons of japonica rice, 4 million tons of indica rice and 5 million tons of corn. The buyers participating in the bidding transaction are: enterprises meeting the conditions stipulated in the current national policy-related grain trading rules (i.e. wheat, northeast japonica rice, rice, northeast corn, etc.) or enterprises submitted by relevant state departments for this special bidding fair.

The grain department requires that each buyer can bid for a limited amount of grain: wheat not more than 100,000 tons, japonica rice not more than 200,000 tons, indica rice not more than 200,000 tons, corn not more than 200,000 tons. The quantity of wheat purchased by buyers at this special fair is not limited by the requirements of the wheat trading rules on daily processing capacity.

According to the announcement, the delivery date of each contract for japonica rice is before April 30,2015 (including 30 days, the same below), and the payment time is before March 15,2015; The delivery date of corn is before May 31,2015, and the payment time is before April 15,2015; The delivery date and payment time of each contract for wheat and indica rice shall be implemented in accordance with relevant provisions of the detailed transaction rules.
