According to the statistics of the State Grain Administration, in 2014, the grain purchase volume of various grain enterprises across the country exceeded 700 billion jin for the first time, with a total amount of 729.8 billion jin, an increase of 40.9 billion jin over the same period last year, of which the lowest purchase price and temporary purchase and storage of grain were 247.8 billion jin, an increase of 81.4 billion jin over the same period last year. In the whole year, 105.3 billion jin of grain was sold through policy bidding, 20 billion jin of warehouses were transferred across provinces, and the convergence of production and marketing was actively promoted, and the circulation of grain between provinces reached 330 billion jin.
