Strengthen the management of agriculture-related funds to protect the legitimate rights and interests of farmers

First of all, it is necessary to improve the system and strengthen management, so that agriculture-related funds can really benefit the farmers and the common people. We will improve the management system of agriculture-related funds, unify management and accounting, and allocate special funds for special purposes, so as to improve the efficiency of the use of funds. We should strengthen the management of agriculture-related funds, strictly examine the application of agriculture-related projects, and check the construction of projects in the village and on the spot to ensure that the use of funds is truly implemented. Secondly, we should promote the "sunny operation" of agriculture-related funds, enhance the transparency of the release of funds, and accept public supervision. We will speed up the information construction of the issuance of agriculture-related funds, establish a database of agriculture-related funds information, and ensure the compliant use of agriculture-related funds. Third, establish and improve the supervision mechanism, and financial, audit, and supervision departments at all levels should track and supervise the whole process of funds to prevent funds from being intercepted, misappropriated, and embezzled. Fourth, we should increase the publicity of policies to benefit farmers, protect the people's rights to know, participate and supervise, and ensure that the vital interests of the peasant masses are not infringed upon. Fifth, step up investigation and punishment, seriously punish acts of embezzlement, misappropriation and interception of special funds, strictly investigate violations of law and discipline, and safeguard the fundamental interests of the people.
