The main symptoms are cough and expectoration, chest tightness and shortness of breath, dizziness and palpitation, chest epilepsy (chest epilepsy), insomnia and fatigue, anorexia (loss of appetite). In the treatment, traditional Chinese medicine is mainly Shengjin to quench thirst, soft and strong to disperse knots, and the auxiliary treatment is to resolve phlegm and clear heat, wide chest and diaphragm, and add or decrease flexibly with slightly different symptoms.
Coal miner
Using western medicine to describe the causes of silicosis and chest X-ray, because it is visible and tangible, it is generally easy for people to understand, but in terms of therapeutic effect, although the theoretical expression of traditional Chinese medicine is mostly invisible and difficult to understand, the effect is much better than that of western medicine, such as chuanbei, Platycodon grandiflorum, white mustard, etc., bupleurum, Codonopsis pilosula, American ginseng, etc., which can relieve phlegm and stasis, Bupleurum, Radix Codonopsis, American ginseng, etc. It is difficult to compare with western medicine.
Ginseng
The incidence of silicosis is also chronic, acute and medium-speed silicosis, which is closely related to dust concentration, exposure frequency and duration, personal physical endowment and so on. More attention should be paid to the improper treatment of silicosis, which will lead to hemoptysis and severe systemic symptoms such as hemoptysis, dizziness and palpitation after hemoptysis and pulmonary fibrosis, lung cancer and bronchiectasis. Treatment is more difficult and the possibility of control and cure is greatly reduced. Therefore, silicosis patients and their families and relatives should seize the best time for the treatment of silicosis in the early stage and treat it with traditional Chinese medicine to get the best results.
