Recently, the National Development and Reform Commission issued a notice requiring price authorities at all levels to urge relevant operators to publicize the policy of waiving tolls during the Spring Festival and to stop illegal tolls. We will strictly implement the policy of "green passage" for the transportation of fresh agricultural products, and effectively reduce the circulation cost of agricultural products.

The circular also requires that the departments in charge of prices at all levels should strengthen the monitoring and supervision of the prices of daily necessities such as grain and oil, meat, poultry, eggs, vegetables, and milk, and the prices of characteristic food for residents' daily consumption, discover problems of signs and tendencies, and respond sensitively and deal with them quickly. It is necessary to give full play to the guiding and exemplary role of low-price stores and sell agricultural and sideline products that supply the basic livelihood of the masses at low prices. We should pay close attention to price fluctuations in housekeeping, express delivery, car washing, catering and other areas, guide operators to do a good job in clearly marked pricing, and urge operators to strictly fulfill their price commitments and strive to resolve price contradictions.
