" To this end, he suggested that we should learn from the practice of Canada, return the establishment of agricultural technology extension personnel to the province and enjoy the treatment of national public officials, and set up regional agricultural technology centers and agricultural technical stations according to the distribution of crops in the province. the promotion and salary of agricultural technicians are based on the actual performance of their extension work and the evaluation of farmers.

Committee member Liu Fengzhi believes that the Law of the people's Republic of China on Agricultural Technology Popularization should be amended as soon as possible and supporting rules and regulations should be issued to provide legal protection for agricultural technology popularization work in the new period. We will establish and improve the mechanism for stable growth of input, and clarify and strengthen the financial responsibility at all levels for investment in agricultural technology extension.
