How to solve the problem of "who will breed" has become a major problem perplexing the sustainable development of the industry. For this reason, the Shandong Animal Husbandry General Station has set up a leading group with the stationmaster as the group leader and the responsible stationmaster as the deputy group leader, and set up a working group with each section chief as the main member, and the office is located in the Comprehensive Section of the Animal Husbandry General Station. At the same time, together with experts from Shandong Agricultural University, Qingdao Agricultural University, and Provincial Academy of Agricultural Sciences, the "expert Group on New Farmers' Science and Technology training" was established.
