Through training, the trainees have improved their professional quality, professional skills and feeding management level, especially animal husbandry production and management skills have been greatly improved. Many farmers know little about aquaculture technology to initially master the main technical points, some students have a certain depth of understanding of the industry from their first contact with animal husbandry, and more students feel that through study and training, the technical level and theoretical literacy have been greatly improved. some students originally worked for others, but after participating in the study and training, they changed their concept of employment and planned to go home to start a business and invest in animal husbandry and production. Through the development of new farmers' scientific and technological training, it has accelerated the diversification of farmers' employment, accelerated the transfer of labor, and promoted the adjustment of rural industrial structure, and many farmers have begun to change the traditional agricultural production mode of simply farming for a livestock. turn to livestock and poultry farming with higher efficiency.

For a long time, the livestock and poultry breeding work has the characteristics of "dirty, poor, tired" and relatively low efficiency, and the attraction of the industry is poor, resulting in the embarrassing situation that young people are unwilling to do it, and the elderly are unable to keep up with their knowledge, technology and ideas. the embarrassing situation that capable people are unwilling to do well and poor ability, and the development of animal husbandry is facing the severe challenge of shortage of human resources. How to solve the problem of "who will breed" has become a major problem perplexing the sustainable development of the industry. For this reason, the Shandong Animal Husbandry General Station has set up a leading group with the stationmaster as the group leader and the responsible stationmaster as the deputy group leader, and set up a working group with each section chief as the main member, and the office is located in the Comprehensive Section of the Animal Husbandry General Station. At the same time, together with experts from Shandong Agricultural University, Qingdao Agricultural University, and Provincial Academy of Agricultural Sciences, the "expert Group on New Farmers' Science and Technology training" was established.
