At the same time, actively guide and develop a variety of new rural financial cooperation organizations, strengthen the power of rural legal financial organizations, enrich the means of rural financial services, and meet the diversified financial service needs of agriculture, rural areas and farmers. In addition, we should severely crack down on illegal financial activities in rural areas, and financial supervision departments should establish a financial supervision network in rural areas, strengthen supervision over financial activities in rural areas, ban all illegal financial activities, and purify the financial environment in rural areas.

Fourth, eliminate the confusion of the collision between traditional financial thinking and modern finance, and reshape the service advantages of rural financial institutions.
