Create grain industrial parks with their own characteristics, cultivate grain processing enterprises with good market prospects, high added value and long industrial chain, "squeeze clean" to produce high-quality products, and integrate the relevant funds, projects, policies and other advantageous elements of various administrative departments to form a joint force to support the development of grain processing industry.
